About these terms
This website is operated by KoalaCash (“we”, “us”). Right now the site is a pre-launch marketing page and a waitlist. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
What KoalaCash is, and is not
KoalaCash is a virtual family reward system designed to help children practise earning and spending using a virtual currency inside a family app. It is not a bank, a debit or prepaid card, a payment service, or a product regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. No real money is ever loaded, stored, moved or spent through KoalaCash.
The waitlist
You can join our waitlist by giving us your email address. Joining the waitlist does not create any contract to supply a product, and it does not guarantee a launch date, a place in any offer, or any specific benefit. Any founding member perks we mention are subject to change and confirmation before launch. You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and reasonably. Do not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access to the site, submit false or automated sign-ups, or use the site in any way that could harm us or other visitors.
Intellectual property
The KoalaCash name, logo, designs, text and other content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site for your own personal use, but you may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content without our permission.
No warranties
The site is provided on an “as is” basis while we build KoalaCash. We do not promise that the site will always be available, error free, or that the information on it is complete or final, since features and offers may change before launch.
Our liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
As KoalaCash develops we may update these terms, and we will post new terms with the app itself when it launches. When we make meaningful changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
